Main Features:
►The unique knuckle-joint link mechanism delays the stop time of slide on lower dead point, it is most suitable for the processing requiring the high precision.
►Equipped with low inertia and high torque air pressure separated clutch and brake, providing smooth start and suitable for high frequency heavy load punching operations.
►The high rigidity body and slide mechanism can withstand larger eccentric loads. After heat treatment and tempering, the deformation of the body can be reduced, improving the quality and stability of the processed products.
►The transmission mechanism can be improved in operational accuracy and vibration reduction through heat treatment and grinding processing, thereby enhancing work efficiency and environmental quality.
►The slide uses high-precision eight-face extended guide rails, which can achieve the best accuracy for eccentric loads.
►The improved slide adjustment mechanism of CKT-400 and CKT-650 allows for an increased slide adjustment distance of up to 50mm, thereby enhancing interchangeability of molds.
►The accuracy meets the first level of the national standard (CNS).
►Being suitable for the cold forging and warm forging processing.
►Can be paired with automated peripheral equipment.
